The AOCLE holds an annual 3-4 day educators workshop as a means to exchange ideas and share new teaching modalities in the field of cornea and contact lenses. This industry-sponsored workshop is hosted by a different school each year. Topics of interest are identified and serve as a theme for the workshop. As well as the contact lens educators from each school, industry representatives are also active participants. A separate time is allotted during the workshop for members of industry to share with the educators the latest industry news.
